Over the past 10 days our trainers have been undertaking courses. We not only train the staff in their fire safety procedures but also use smoke, flame and electrical defect machines. During one of the courses this week the smoke machines actuated the smoke detector but the alarm panel didn’t trigger. Fire Safety Training not only saves lives in the event of a fire but can also highlight faults and deficiencies in procedures and active and passive systems.
