Yes. Under Article 21 of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, employers must provide employees with adequate Fire Safety Training when they begin work, when exposed to new or increased fire risks and at appropriate intervals thereafter.

The RRFSO does not specify a fixed refresher period. Training should be repeated as appropriate to the risks of the premises and whenever employees are exposed to new or increased fire risks. Many organisations also provide periodic refresher training as part of their fire safety management arrangements.
