The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 places a clear duty on the responsible person to ensure every member of staff receives adequate fire safety training. Yes. The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 requires all staff to receive appropriate training, from general awareness for new starters to role-specific fire warden and fire marshal training.
