Tower Fire provides professional fire safety training designed to help organisations meet their legal duties, improve staff awareness, and respond effectively in an emergency. With over 30 years of fire service experience, our team delivers practical, engaging training tailored to your premises and people.
Fire Safety Training
Fire safety training is a legal requirement under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 and helps ensure staff know how to respond safely in the event of a fire.
Training should be provided during induction, when risks change, and refreshed regularly. Topics may include fire prevention, alarm procedures, evacuation, fire doors, and the use of firefighting equipment.
Our training is tailored to your premises, whether you operate a care home, housing association, commercial property, or industrial site, helping you improve safety, confidence, and compliance.

Why Fire Safety Training Is a Legal Requirement
The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 places a clear duty on the responsible person to ensure every member of staff receives adequate fire safety training. This covers induction training for new starters, role-specific fire warden training and fire marshal training, and periodic refresher courses for all employees.
Failure to provide adequate training can result in enforcement action, including improvement notices and, in serious cases, prosecution. Properly trained staff are the single most important factor in a safe, orderly evacuation.
Our Fire Safety Training Courses
We offer a full range of fire safety training courses covering every level of your organisation, from general staff through to senior management.
What Makes
Tower Fire
Different
Our fire safety training combines industry-recognised knowledge with real-world operational experience. Every member of our training team is an active or retired professional firefighter who has first-hand experience of responding to emergencies, bringing valuable practical insight to every course we deliver.
To maximise engagement and learning, our training incorporates realistic scenarios, smoke machines, fire extinguishers, mannequins, and practical demonstrations that reflect real-life fire incidents. Staff gain the confidence to respond effectively in an emergency, understand evacuation procedures, recognise fire hazards, and learn when and how to use fire extinguishers safely and appropriately. This hands-on approach ensures participants leave with practical skills and knowledge that can be applied in real-world situations.
